accessing with ssh

i install archlinux on my laptop
I install openssh to login by remote.
When i start my laptop ssh won't work
Only if i login with my user on the laptop i could connect from other pc with ssh.
why?
i started service ssh with

systemctl enable sshd

I wold like to access with ssh on my laptop out of the box, witouth access on it.

try running this command

systemctl enable sshd.service

Have you enabled sshd service or just started it?
What's the output of:

systemctl status sshd

I run this command
The service is started when i login.
But if i dont login i could not  Connecticut with SSH.

SSH is started. I sede that if i use netctl instead network manager it works. With netwotkmanager only if i login....

Let me guess, you stored your network (wifi?) password in your user keyring via nm-applet or something like that?
