i think, problem with bluetooth, strange behavior with 2 my laptops, they both froze

Before anyone can help you're going to need to post more information. All we know right now is that something went wrong on a laptop. Heck, we can't even tell what distribution you're using.
Share some logs related to the crash, hardware details, recent changes that might have caused this issue, just something for us to work on.
Knowing how to post will get you more help and more skilled people to read the topic, rather than glance over it.
I think I know enough to know I don't know enough.
