Yesterday I installed fresh arch system x64 with MATE on Thinkpad T520. But I have problem with connecting to WPA2 ( or even WPA 1?) network.
Local-AP is WPA2 Hotspot

in the log you provided:
NetworkManager[367]: <info> NetworkManager state is now CONNECTING
NetworkManager[367]: <info> (wlp3s0): device state change: prepare -> config (reason 'none') [40 50 0]
NetworkManager[367]: <info> (wlp3s0): Activation: (wifi) access point 'Local-AP' has security, but secrets are required.
NetworkManager[367]: <info> (wlp3s0): device state change: config -> need-auth (reason 'none') [50 60 0]

NetworkManager[367]: <info> (wlp3s0): device state change: need-auth -> failed (reason 'no-secrets') [60 120 7]
NetworkManager[367]: <info> NetworkManager state is now DISCONNECTED
Basically what this is saying is:
"I am trying to connect to 'local-AP' but it has security & you did not supply the shared secret!!!"
Hope this helps
