MacBook 1,1
Most things work out of the box with kernel linux-lts 3.14.51-1
I had problems with suspend/resume with kernel linux 4.1.6-1 so I reverted to LTS kernel.

Dell Vostro 3360. Almost everything works OK, there are even drivers for fingerprint reader somewhere in Internet, but I do not use it anyway. The only problem is 3 additional multimedia keys that are not recognized properly by kernel WMI subsystem.

After moving almost all of my devices (RaspberryPi and two desktop computers) to this marvellous distribution, I finally also removed Ubuntu from my Acer Aspire One 722 Netbook (4GB, 2x1,3GHz) for having all sectors reserved for Arch GNU/Linux. I was a bit afraid about hardware compatibility to the kernel as in Ubuntu you get a slightely customized kernel, but that was no problem at all.
Even though I use GNOME shell now, I experience quite a remarkable performance increase on my netbook in comparison to Ubuntu using Unity (but maybe I'll change to Xfce later for getting even better results).
The only problem I encountered regarding hardware was making the analog audio output the default for enabling systemd to play a startup sound by changing the default device in /usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf which was a bit difficult to identify as the reason why no sound was audible. But I assume thats not a commonly needed feature.
Now, the last step remaining will be to turn my Ubuntu Touch phone into an "Arch Linux Phone"... let's see, when it will be possible...

HP 620 runs Arch pretty well, except that the Fan would run at full speed all the time on kernels >3.13.7, but I guess this is a kernel issue and not specific to Arch. I solved this by installing kernel 3.13.7 after every update.

I run on a Dell Latitude E7450 and an Acer Aspire One ZG5. The latter was designed for Linux, but I have yet to run into problems with either... except for maybe the spaced keyboard of the Latitude, which needlessly tires my programming dogs.
Edit: I spoke too soon.

Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series 2 in 1 Special Edition works pretty well, but with a few issues. The touchpad is recognized as a generic PS/2 mouse instead of a synaptic touchpad, and the newest Intel Skylake (6xxx) chips aren't supported in the most recent stable kernel version, and so you need to enable preliminary hardware support in order for the laptop to properly sleep and wake up.
