Isp browser logon page , what to do if am on command line ?

hello

in-order to connect to the internet I have to open my browser , enter the password that my Isp gave me , the page is exactly like this:

how can I do that in command line ? because when I install arch I don't have a gui and a browser.

changing isp is not an option

Can you do that using the links text mode browser?   I believe that is on the install media.
