Hi, how can I forward my framebuffer over ssh?

Hi, I have a server running at home. I can use everything on my computer, except things with graphics. Meaning, I cannot view images, I cannot edit images. And some other things as well requiring X or a framebuffer. I would appreciate it if someone could help me run a framebuffer through ssh.

Hello. I think it's not good to create a new thread.

But the TS's question was like

And some other things as well requiring X or a framebuffer. I would appreciate it if someone could help me run a framebuffer through ssh.

I'm in need to forward framebuffer, exactly. I have no X in my system, so what can I use via ssh? FB only. I have all necessary utilities to view images etc., but I can't use them via ssh. What can I do?

First, Welcome to Arch Linux.

You may want to take a look at one of the VNC implementations. https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sor … =&flagged=

That said, this is a 6 year old thread , so I'm going to go ahead and close it.  Please feel free to open a new thread (that you will own) and ask any additional questions.  If you like, please link that thread back to this one.

Thanks.
