You are not logged in.
I use GDM to login to a Gnome DE environment, but I also have Awesome WM installed.
Today I wanted to logout from my Gnome env to login on my Awesome env, when I pressed logout it gave me a black screen with the last cursor I was using fixed in the middle of my screen. Keyboard seemed to be disabled and mouse also. I was able to login over ssh though.
I normally never use logout, but only shutdown or restart so I'm not able to exactly pinpoint to what upgrade's I did.
(as I'm typing now my touchpad(???) is sending random clicks/drags on the screen, so maybe this is related... this just started now.. omg..)
I tried this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GD … _on_logout but that doesnt solve anything in my case. I don't know where to look.. /var/log/gdm is empty.
Any ideas?
