You still have to run dhcpcd on the guest. VirtualBox implements a DHCP server. The address you show in your GUI is the address of the gateway intrinsic to VirtualBox.

From the ipv6, that we are seeing the ip addr output of the host machine. I think the device should have the ipv4 from the dialog assigned as well.
