I got hacked. How do I deal with the problem?

I just used nmap on my IP. Found some ports I didnt open (ftp, telnet, http). I installed Firestarter to edit the ports because it is noobfriendly. However I think this is a strange activity happening right now on my system.

So what do I do now? Cancel credit card, change passwords? Clean install? Is my BIOS affected?

I'm going to go ahead and nip this in the bud right now. CryptoAnarchistNoob, STOP. Take a breath, and slow down.

Before you post again, have a read over this article. In particular, I would encourage you to "use meaningful, specific subject headers", be "precise and informative about your problem", and lastly be explicit about your question. Your posts as they stand meet none of this criteria.
