Im not sure even where to start troubleshooting this.
Symptom 1, transmission pauses itself
Symptom 2, If my shared files PC reboots I loose my mount, can't it recover?
Possibly two different issues not sure help me, start troubleshooting this new to linux

Im not even sure where to start trouble shooting or what my problem might be, please help
to summarize once again, transmission pauses by itself and when my pc share drops out I have to reboot the linux box, even a mount-a doesn't seem to work after pc is back up. also as a side note and possibly needs fix after installing tor networking reboot is horendous on the shutdown time.
