rtl8812au - latency spikes every 10-20 seconds

Hi there,

Up until this point I have been using an AR922X series adapter, but since I just jumped from old kernel (4.1) I seem to get really weird first byte latency issues, sometimes I just can't connect to pages (even though ping is rock solid). So I've decided to see if I can get my AC-56 to work, and previously I have had some trouble with it using the rtl8812au driver but I have actually managed to install it this time around on 4.4.1.

However, I seem to be having an issue where the ping spikes from 1.5ms to router to about 60ms, 150ms or even 2000ms for a few seconds about once or twice a minute. I'm not sure where to start diagnosing this as I'm not too familiar with networking in Linux.

If there is any more information you require please let me know.

P.S. I have disabled NetworkManager and this is running solely through `wifi-menu`.
