I am using Dell Latitude E6230, with mobile broadband modem (wwan), this modem provides 3 interfaces for controlling it (/dev/ttyACM0 to 2). First interface /dev/ttyACM0 is used to initialize the modem. I connect to 3G internet through /dev/ttyACM1 using wvdial. After resume from suspend this interface disappear.
bsnl
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.61
--> Initializing modem.

If I disconnect before suspend this doesn't happen.
I can still connect to 3G using another interface (/dev/ttyACM2),
There is no soft/hard block after resume from suspend
