What config file or command is it that auto starts virbr0?
I've tried creating network bridges, using the commands on the wiki, but they disappear after a reboot.

However I'm am still unclear as to how virbr0 starts.
Perhaps it is hard coded into LibVirt, because when you disable LibVirt, and reboot, it too goes away.
