how to arrange top menu in nemo?

Hello,

I use cinnamon as DE. After last update all the top menu items lost their margins as seen in the image:

I tried to seach all the config files but I cant find where to fix it. Can you help me ?

It's because of the upgrate to GTK 3.20 that breaks all themes. I also use Cinnamon and have just run my weekly system upgrade but everything is broken: the nemo look & feel, Firefox, some cinnamon UI elements, gnome apps such as evince, etc.
