how to setup nfs share correctly?

Hi!

I create an NFS-share in my LAN into my PC and HTPC-machine. Everything fine, except the large files sad
In default, in starting of copy a large files, speed jump up, after slowing and hang in the client few seconds, then continued, end again, over the finishing the copying.
If i set the "sync" mount option in the client, the transfer is smooth, but the speed is only 2-3 Mb, against the "async" option choppy but 4-6 Mb speed.

Same is linux-system, main computer is Arch and the second is Ubuntu. The network is 100Mb, the router is a TP-LINK TL-WR740N.

What is the correct setting of sharing? tcp, nfs4, wsize, rsize?

Please, show me some example.

Thank you
