connect pptp vpn problem

Hi

I can connect to a pptp vpn in ubuntu16.04  but in Arch linux with the same configure cant connect .

in ubuntu I us unity and in Arch my desktop is gnome 3.20

You must be more specific. What error messages do you get? Do you have any logs?
