Can't find Arch on the supported list on the KDE network man

ager. Am I suppose to chose a difrent distro?

Or use the arch network support - or write the addons to make the KDE stuff work under arch.
It's not there because no one has written it yet - a chance to contribute!

Doesn't it use the system-tools-backends, used by gnome-system-tools also?

I did file a archlinux bug once about disabling parts of KDE that won't work under archlinux such ksysvinit and knetworkconf. Both if used uncorrectly can damage that system.
