NetworkManager hooks failing with IPv6 on-demand switching

Hi,

I'm linking my original post from Newbie Corner as no one was able to help. - https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=215214

I'm trying to enable/disable IPv6 when on specific networks and either I'm not getting how NetworkManager hooks work or there's a bug. Thus I wanted to get some experienced help first. Scripts that I'm using are included in the linked post.
