systemd renames your interface to a predictable name. Which definitely won't be "eth0" so do "ip link" to get the actual name, which won't change, and disable the eth0 service and then enable the correct interface.

thank you headkase for guidance
I paste here
ip link
1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1
link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00
2: enp0s25: <NO-CARRIER,BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state DOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
link/ether 10:1f:74:e5:3c:b7 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
3: wlp36s0b1: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc mq state UP mode DORMANT group default qlen 1000
link/ether ac:81:12:a1:2f:ca brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
[saleem@office-pc ~]$ ls /sys/class/net
enp0s25 lo wlp36s0b1
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next I did
]$ sudo systemctl disable dhcpcd@eth0.service
Removed /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/dhcpcd@eth0.service.
[saleem@office-pc ~]$ sudo systemctl enable dhcpcd@enp0s25.service
Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/dhcpcd@enp0s25.service → /usr/lib/systemd/system/dhcpcd@.service.
will reboot to test
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So I am getting this error on reboot , I enabled 2
sudo systemctl start dhcpcd@enp0s25.service
Job for dhcpcd@enp0s25.service failed because of unavailable resources or another system error.
See "systemctl status dhcpcd@enp0s25.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

2 should be your wired connection and 3 is either wireless or Bluetooth. If you want wired then enable 2.

i think that networkmanager handle the conection and not systemctl.

shulamy,
I am on openbox with networkmanager and network-manager-applet enabled in startup file. To mention both wireless and wired connections are working but these errors are coming in boot . Should i just disable dhcpcd@eth0.service and dhcpcd@enp0s25.service altogether?

i don't know but i think yes.
i think it should be in a configuration file of networkmanager.
