Just FYI as you move forward on the bbs, the Arch Community generally doesn't hand hold, so for future posts, you'll want to be verbose as mcmillan said as well as tried the wiki and google, etc. Welcome to Arch.

ok my bad
i deleted he '#' mark at the locale.gen for 2 languages
i tried to add at the locale.conf(LANG=....)
bu i dont think it worked
how do i configureing to have to languages? and how do i switch between the languages(what is the keyboard shortcut)

For anyone reading this who might have this issue in 2023
I did the following and it worked fine.
open a terminal and type down:
>sudo nano /etc/locale.gen
uncomment the locales u want to be add to the system and save the file
>sudo locale.gen
>reboot
after the reboot go to your system setting and add a keyboard layout from the GUI.
