When I first installed this box, I enabled and configured `systemd-networkd` and `systemd-resolved` to manage my wired network connection. Now that I have a desktop environment, I wanted to install NetworkManager.
The problem is that /etc/resolv.conf isn't being managed by network manager, I have to manually set the nameservers. Any ideas?

SOLVED:
I re-enabled `systemd-resolved` and symlinked `/run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf` to `/etc/resolv.conf` and everything seems to work now

Rather than that, probably better to just do:
ln -sf /var/run/NetworkManager/resolv.conf /etc

Thanks, this is actually what I'd hoped to do. I had no idea where to look though.
Thank you very much!
