My network-manager-applet will not let me click on wireless networks.. the picture will show u better than i can explain.. lol
i've read bug reports about networkmanager and the applet having to be the same version, so i downgraded n-m-a to 9.4.0 just like networkmanager is. still no luck.. im out of ideas, anyone else have some?

Might possibly be a bug. Can you add the networks manually?

I can add them.. but i dont think they ever connect except to the one that i've had setup forever.. i also just noticed if i try to 'create a new wireless network' the wireless security dropdown list is empty.. the one that usually says wep / wpa / leaf etc...

This is particularly odd as the problem here was only shown in a picture which has been removed. It is also specific to versions of NetworkManager over 4 years old. There is no way your problem is in anyway related.
