Webcam USB microphone problem

Hi. I need a help to configure my webcam's microphone, when I start PC, it doesn't work, when I reinsert USB, it works, but I need to wait few seconds of even minute, PulseAudio or ALSA is lagging when I insert Webcam's USB (sound doesn't work at all while PulseAudio or ALSA is lagging) and when I restart PC it stops working again, this is so annoying.

and you can't switch to the correct profile without reconnecting? Attach the output of dmesg via some pastebin website, and the outputs of

pacmd list-cards
pacmd list-sources

and please post thumbnails or image links instead of fullsized pictures (they are relatively unnecessary though, since we will get the same and much more potential information from the pacmd outputs)
