I am installing arch on a new machine and I seem to be encountering this error
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … 168.2F8411
I added iommu=soft to my kernel parameters but If there is a way to enable IOMMU from the firmware interface, I can't find it, and I am still unable to connect to the Internet. I have an ASUS B150M-A motherboard.

I am not a 100% Sure that it is the same bug, but I do have the Realtek 8111/8168/8411 card according to lspci.

I have an Asus MB with an AMD processor which has a
03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 11)
but I had no network issues. I ran into some problems but they were due to iommu errors. In the advanced section of the AMD bios there was an IOMMU that was disabled and I could enable it. I believe your MB is Intel and their iommu is called Intel Virtualization Technology, apparently, so perhaps you can try enabling that and it might help. Just a guess.
