Not able to connect using the networkmanager-fortisslvpn-git plugin?

Seems to be a problem with this plugin, not able to connect properly. Seems to be some issues with the pppd part..:

Does anyone know how to get this plugin to work? Connection using commandline openfortivpn succeeds.
