[SOLVED] No wireless, wifi-menu netctl issues
Ethernet works, but wifi does not
I first tried to connect to mariposa3 router with wifi-menu -0
but got this error:
Job for netctl@wlp5s0\x2dmariposa3.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status "netctl@wlp5s0\\x2dmariposa3.service"" and "journalctl -xe" for details.so tried to connect to other router called mariposa and again it does not work.
I also tried to get the following information, but am unable to understand what shoukd be done
"systemctl status "netctl@wlp5s0\\x2dmariposa3.service" gives:

The number one cause of networking issues is having multiple services (or instances of the same service) running. This cause, and the solutions, would be found by searching the forums for any of the countless similar threads.
Disable all networking services, and try to follow the manual connection steps to identify where the problem is.

Of course I tried it before posting, because it would be easier and faster to find a solution already written down. But my problem is that I do not understand most of it, so I do not know what may be relevant to my case and what not. Do you know a thread that may be appropriate for this case?
Disable all networking services,
This, for example, I tried to google "disable all networking services arch", got a lot of replies, the closer seems
# systemctl disable <name of service>.servicebut yet do not know what to write for <name of service>

sudo ip link set wlp5x0 downthen
sudo wifi-menu -oand it worked
