Acess control issue in work network.

I had installed Arch in my work computer but the main issue is that when I try to use Internet the firewall does not allow me.

They had given us a proxy with full access to the arch repos but I can't get pass the firewall. So far I had copied the IPV4 specs (manually) the MAC address, the proxy they gave us and the hostname and domain of the Windows OS.

When I ping any direction it does send packages but it is only to the server of the institute as of using a web browser it tells me "access denied, access control error". I do now know what else is missing in the requirements for the connection. Maybe the driver they expect?

Note: The firewall is Barracuda Campus.

Edit: Web browser connection works now but the ftp protocol is still failing
