I am trying to trying to make a new an ISO file of arch linux ( for installing on several machine) with patched kernel. what are the possible ways to do that.
This is my first post, Correct me if I am wrong and kindly point me in right direction.

If you don't need support for coasters then you can simpy do a normal install to a usb stick instead of using archiso. Much simpler that way.

I applied this patch

After applying these patch my wifi works.
I have couple more this device so I want to make an ISO.

I believe that question was meant more as: Do an effort and search the wiki yourself.

Hi istyak,
You may also want take a look at archiso. It's a very versatile tool for creating and modifying arch iso's. You could easily install your patched kernel with it.

I've used both archiso and remastering, and much prefer archiso as seems more straight forward. Creating a new iso with unlimited modifications just seems to make more sense than going through all the steps to modify an existing iso. It is however subjective as either method would work.
