OK, but as my Plex container is running in privileged mode, it has more or less the same possibilities of deactivating ipv6 via sysctl as a standard installation.

I don't know about @yochaigal 's problem. But i've found the root cause of my problem.
Docker 17.04 has a bug that disables ipv6 on host when having a container with --net=host option. Apparently, This is fixed in 17.05 which is not stable-released yet.
