Arch in Virtualbox has no Network after Suspend

Hello everyone,

I have a Windows 7 host, where I run Arch in a Virtualbox as guest and have the problem, that after every networking change of the host (switching wifi networks, switching IPs (I am on multiple intranets)), the internet connection of my Arch guest system has no working network.
It detects an ethernet connection on the virtual ethernet adapter of the Vbox, but there are no packets going in or out. What do? Thanks in advance!

*bump*

Can't anyone reproduce this? Did I provide too little information?

Thanks in advance!

Can the guest ping the host?  I assume this is a NAT configuration.
