Kernel 4.4.35 for Up Board testing [now 4.12.1]

I've gotten this built with the Up Board specific patches from the Ubilinux Kernel published by Emutex. All onboard LEDs and GPIOs seem to be working fine. You can get a snapshot with a built kernel here.

Please let me know anything wonky so I can fix it up.

I'm currently trying to diff the Ubuntu 4.11 Kernel with the Arch 4.11 Kernel to see what needs to be done there. If anyone else is working on this please lend a hand.

Arch ARM is a separate distribution, please ask on their boards: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=153431

Jason,  I am reversing this.  These boards are Intel, not Arm.

Re: Kernel 4.4.35 for Up Board testing [now 4.12.1]

I've finally been able to get 4.12.1 working on the Up Board, the patches are here.

I'm still getting one error I can't seem to get rid of, when booting I get "ESRT header is not in the memory map", now from reading around this seems to be an issue with the firmware and/or systemd, strange thing is vanilla 4.12.1 doesn't give that error (it gives others, but not that one), I'm thinking I missed something in the translation of Arch config -> UpBoard config but can't find it.

I'm also running my arch from such boards and did see the message. Mostly if your system will boot, you can 'safely ignore' it.
I didn't run it with 4.12, yet, but it's nice they fixed it. I'm running vanilla all the way and did not patch anything. Btw. I'm not concerned with working leds but it would be nice if they fix the GPIO drivers so I can attach my audio HAT, they are still busy with that.
