Hello everyone,
Thank you very much for trying to help me, the problem is this:
Each time I try to install a new package (either through pacman or yaourt), I always get a "Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds" error, after a few attempts you can finally download the package. The problem is that this happens to me from the moment I tried to install the base system
pacman -S base
and you will understand that it becomes annoying that this happens with each package that I want to install.
That's basically my problem, if they need some output or whatever they let me know. I'm new but I learn fast.
P.s.: I already read the Wiki and I could not find my problem.

Have you established an Internet connection? Wired or wireless?
Edit: How are you using Yaourt without an installed system?

I'm using a wired connection.
I think my explanation wasn't so clear. My problem is not that the packages don't download, they do, but after 3 or 4 tries, that's my problem, have to wait so much to install every package.

You will want to edit /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
comment out the ones that cause issue. Uncomment ones that are close to you that you trust

You're supposed to install arch following this guide:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Installation_guide
Otherwise, you're doing it wrongly.

Thanks very much, this work. The issue was this server:
Server = http://mirrors.lug.mtu.edu/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch
This problem was solved commenting this line, following the official wiki and with the help of 2ManyDogs, ewaller and monodromy (for suggesting an alternative solution). The problem was solved. Thanks to all!
