iommu Kernel 4.13 bug: videos do not play / X does not start

With update to kernel 4.13 any videos in browser will not play anymore.
Tested: Chromium, Qupzilla, Firefox (all latest) with serveral videos (youtube, vimeo, others)

Videos will start to load but never start to play.

Downgrading kernel back to 4.12 solves the issue for the moment.

Hardware:

        Kernel driver in use: i915

Using kernel 4.13 adding intel_iommu=off to kernel parameters command line: Videos play again!

With intel broadwell HD Graphics 6000 X won't even start anymore because of this! Look (here)
