You have to add the IP address of your DNS server to resolv.conf.

There are no error messages...on terminal is printed: ippp0 connected to <isp-number> when i type "isdnctrl status ippp0" maybe i should give you some more information ? like route -n and ifconfig?

Can you ping IPs?  Can you ping domain names?  Where exactly is the problem?  You need to do some debugging.

Re: Connected to isp but no access to the web

An IP shouldn't come back with host unknown, that's a DNS error message.  Can you ping your DNS' IP?  It sounds like your DNS just isn't configured right.

Re: Connected to isp but no access to the web

What about pinging google's IP addresses?  Try pinging 216.239.41.104 or 216.239.41.99 and let us know.

How to configure DNS ???

You have to add the IP address of your DNS server to resolv.conf.

You have to ask your provider which dns-server he is using. Or search google for dns server and the name of your provider, some people are maintaining lists of dns-server.

isdnctrl addphone ippp0 out <my isp number>
isdnctrl eaz ippp0 < my phone number >

isdnctrl encap ippp0 syncppp
isdnctrl dialmode ippp0 manual

isdnctrl writeconf

# starting ippp demon
ipppd /dev/ippp0 ipparam ippp0 defaultroute noipdefaul ipcp-accept-local ipcp-accept-remote noccp user <username stands in pap and chap-secret>

# dialing
isdnctrl dial ippp0

# wait some seconds...
