ok I have found a "Terminal" folder in /opt/xfce4/share/
but there nis no terminalrc

flo@tpad Terminal]$ ls -a
.  ..  Terminal-toolbars.ui  Terminal.ui  apps
[flo@tpad Terminal]$

find  / -name terminalrc

found nothing


Have you tried to turn it off and on again?

ok ... then you have not set anything in Terminal...

open Terminal go

Edit > Prefs

set anything then look for config file again

I have do this, nothing found, and the prefs i have set but they  are gone when I start a new terminal


Edit: solved wrong permissions thanks to MR.Green

im beginning to migrate from pekwm to openbox, and so far i have to say: a lil bit more complicated config files than in pek, but already am getting used to smile

Does openbox still have that weird delay when browsing over the root menu? It used to not change the menu highlight when moving the mouse over it at anything faster than a snail's pace.
