Can't boot into Arch SSD (2 separate SSDs)

So if have freshly installed Arch on my completely separate SSD. Everything works fine until i change the SATA cables to boot from my Windows SSD.
I boot up windows do my stuff and when i try to change back to linux and boot i get the message that i can't boot into the system.
I have disabled Fastboot on Windows as well as Secure boot on the MB.

Re: Can't boot into Arch SSD (2 separate SSDs)

Quite little to go by with what we have here, make sure that you use persistent block device naming everywhere, including your fstab and boot loader config.

If that is insufficient to solve the issue, post details on your partitioning setup and bootloader/fstab configuration, as well as the exact error message.
