i forced shutdown the computer when it got stuck and could not connect to the network again. following are some info maybe useful for you,

What does this mean?
could not connect to the network again
You've got an interface which is up and has an IP assigned, so maybe start with *HOW* you attempt to "connect to the network" - and how you determine the failure.
Also read up https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Wi … nual_setup to produce some usable output for various connection steps.
Sidenote: please wrap output in "code" tags, also edit your initial post itr.

thank very much, i found the problem. files under /var/lib/pacman/local/linux-firmware-20180314.4c0bf11-1 were lost because of the forced shutdown, then there was problem with the driver...
