Greetings fellow Arch users. I have what seems to be a simular issue, I have a ASUS desktop with a Realtek Wireless PCIe card that uses the RTL8821AE module and Arch isn't the only OS that has issues with it, I personly have used Puppy Linux and have no wireless (I think this is due to being outdated) and Kali just crashes from boot the same as if I
systemctl enable dhcpcd.service
systemctl start dhcpcd.service
in Arch with a never ending stream of PCIE error.
I some how got networking useable manualy but not automaticaly like with networkmanager several months ago so I've installed Arch onto a 32G USB drive to figure this out once and for all. I'm going through these issues again but I can't seem to recreate the steps I did in order to get it working. So far I've installed the intel-ucode and added GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="pci=msi" to /etc/defalts/grub.
lspci -k
verifies rtl8821ae is loaded as the kernal module.

If wlan is put up or dhcpcd is started
ip link set wlp3s0 up
dhcpcd wlp3s0
it results in the crash with streaming errors which the best I can see (because it's going so fast) is pcieport 0000:00??? PCIe Bus Error/ Receiver Error and ofcourse needs a hard reset.
I've posted here because it's the only post I've come accross that seems similar in all my research. If we can get this resolved that would be great but if it helps someone else even better. If I figure anything out I'll post it here.

Hi FurikuriYugi, welcome to the forums. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Code of Conduct. Your post runs afoul of our policy against necrobumping. It's unlikely you have the same problem as someone a year ago did, but since you have included so much information, I'm going to go ahead and split off your topic off into a separate thread rather than just closing this one.

Thank you and I appologize. In the short time today I've worked everything out after digging around in my grub files I found it. Open /boot/grub/grub.cfg and add pci=nomsi between rw and quiet at each instance like so
echo 'Loading Linux linux ...'
linux /boot/vmlinuz-linux root=UUID=f283b8fd-1a6d-420d-bd4e-269443ce56b0 rw pci=nomsi quiet
echo 'Loading initial ramdisk ...'
initrd /boot/intel-ucode.img /boot/initramfs-linux.img
