I already moved temp folder for YAOURT from Ram to Home. So, I think that's not the case.
Can any one tell me, How do I Install unity-editor from AUR. (without installing from source file provided in unity-3d forum)

And FWIW do what loqs posted and, additionally, try to reproduce via makepkg, AUR helpers might try to do some things that package maintainers aren't/can't be accounting for. Always check if you can reproduce an issue on plain makepkg
