mesa breaks sway wm on current archlinux

I haven't had time to figure out how to collect information to file a bug report. But read it might be good to go here first. I'm running a MBP 2016 with archlinux. Think I might be using a Radeon card. Anyhow using the arch sway packages to use sway as my Desktop Environment. A few weeks ago a mesa upgrade broke the Desktop Environment. I think others were having the issue but can't find where I read that.

The solution was to downgrade mesa, and I've had to do it 2X now. Anyway going here first before I might get help filing a proper bug report. Currently I've been downgrading to mesa-18.0.4-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz . Then futher mesa releases broke the Desktop.

Please take some time to read this thread. Asking for support without posting any error messages or logs is pretty much pointless.

Recently upstream moved some files from mesa to wayland.
Arch linux implemented that change with the mesa 18.1.x and wayland 1.15 package versions.

Try to find out if sway supports runnning with wayland 1.15 .
