I'm trying to set up a wireless connection, but when I try
ip link set my-interface up
I get an infinite loop with
... pcieport ... Error ...
I am unable to stop it, or read anything, I can only shutdown. There is no problem with the ethernet connection otherwise
If anyone has an idea it will be appreciated, thanks

Is that the actual output, with elipses? If not, please post the actual output.
You can redirect it to a file:
ip link set INTERFACE up >~/ip.log 2>&1
"UNIX is simple and coherent" - Dennis Ritchie; "GNU's Not Unix" - Richard Stallman

No the actual output is my screen completely obfuscated with lines with ... (something like a time counter)... pcieport ... Error
even with your command I get the same result, and no way to stop the process

there is messages but I can not read them

The messages are from the kernel and show up because your on the console VT.
Try to switch to a different VT (ctrl+alt+F*) or do this in a VTE on a graphical environment.
There check the output of dmesg.

I don't have graphical environment on my machine, I already tried to switch using ctrl+alt+F2 but it does not work, it seems that the keyboard does not respond

Try to make a photo (with a camera, only post a link here) - if the environment is sufficiently bright, you should easily stay < 16ms open lens (ie. get a static, readable image) - in doubt try again.
Offline
Have you checked the journal after reboot to see if the messages were captured there if so you could post them using the wired connection.

I manage to take some photos :
Edit : files are no more available, I will update them when I have access to my machine

Add "pci=noaer" to ther kernel paramters to suppress those messages.
However, there seems at least a problem.
Let's see whether it's the interface or whether the wifi interferes w/ sth. else: "lspci -nn"
Offline
thanks to your suggest it works adding "pci=noaer" to the kernel parameters, and I manage to set up my connection, i will try to give you the result of lspci -nn

To stress this: this is NOT a fix to whatever the underlying problem is! You're simply hiding the error!

Yep, sorry for the late answer, here is the result:
