KDE used to take 2-3 seconds to start up from sleep, but recently it's been taking upwards of 30. I checked dmesg, and this is the error it's been showing me (or at least this was highlighted in red).

It's hard to say much without some more info. Can you post the rest of dmesg?

And please remove KDE from the equation. Switch into the multi-user.target and suspend/resume from/to there.

Seth's suggestion froze my computer. The issue seems to have resolved itself for now but I don't understand how it started or ended. I'll post again if the issue unresolves itself.

What "froze" your computer? Switching to the multi-user.target or suspending from there?
How do you define "freeze"? Did the system eg. still respond to ping requests?
