somehow can't get emacs' w3m package to work :(

I got w3m installed on arch of course through the official repo,
my init.el emacs config is also written so the use-package package manager would install and load w3m,
but somehow it seems to run into problems and i'm confronted with this emacs compile log:

i mean, use-package should automatically install and load w3m shouldn't it?
