httpd won't start

Hello,

the status of httpd is:

httpd.service - Apache Web Server
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/httpd.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Fri 2019-01-25 09:21:36 CET; 4s ago
  Process: 1750 ExecStart=/usr/bin/httpd -k start -DFOREGROUND (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
 Main PID: 1750 (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)

I'm not able to find anything about the error messages. Can someone help?

I did the following:

1. Comment out the unique_id_module line in httpd.conf: #LoadModule unique_id_module modules/mod_unique_id.so

2. In httpd.conf
#LoadModule mpm_event_module modules/mod_mpm_event.so
LoadModule mpm_prefork_module modules/mod_mpm_prefork.so

3. sudo systemctl restart httpd

Still the same problem.

I tried

touch /run/httpd/httpd.pid and chown http:http
after that i could start httpd

but after restart same problem...

Okay, after starting httpd, i'm also not able to start mariaDB

Both problems with Apache and MariaDB suggest a problem with your /run directory.
Also please prepend 

LANG=C

to your commands to coerce english text output.

SELinux not as far as i know. How can i check that?

SELinux is not part of the official repos. So if you installed it manually, you'd know.
Please provide Apache's tmpfiles config as mentioned above.
The symlink should be in place like so:

$ ls /var/run -l
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 6  6. Dez 15:19 /var/run -> ../run

pacman -Qkk filesystem

something bad happened to that system.
