Strange issues with Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411

Well, since yesterday, from what I've installed Arch I'm living some saga with networking in my laptop...

Sometimes when I boot, my network interface works; sometimes, it not works. I've tried a lot of things then, to solve this issue. All of these have failed:

* "noapic", "acpi_sci=slow", "acpi=noirq" kernel parameters;
* Set up a netctl profile with a physical interface and dhcpcd;
* Set up a netctl profile with a physical interface and static address;
* Set up a netctl profile with a manually generated interface in /etc/netctl/interfaces and static address;
* Set up systemd-networkd with static address;
* Set up NetworkManager with dhcpcd;
* Set up NetworkManager with static address;
* Disable ipv6 with "ipv6.disable=1" kernel parameter;
* Blacklist r8169 module and, instead, install and use r8168-dkms module, available in AUR (I'm still using r8168 module, with r8169 blacklisted);
* etc.

Well, I've already tried a lot of things, as you all can see. After some adventures, I realized some things:

* When the interface fail, even in Windows I can't get network ("No network access" and some strange IP address from DHCP);
* If I suspend my system and then wake up after boot, my network suddenly returns (!). I still not tried it in Windows.

Now, I'm using NetworkManager with static addresses to connect to my network, and with "ipv6.disable=1" kernel parameter (disabled ipv6 in dhcpcd aswell). But this issue remains (I'm still needing to suspend and wake up after boot system to get things working). It's a bit boring and this problem is affecting not only Arch but Windows aswell. Before I've started using Arch, never had this issue.

Wish to find some solution.
Thank you all in advance!

Ohh, if you want some information about my system:

Re: Strange issues with Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411

It appears that Realtek can have issues with dual booting:
