issues with screen recorder

hello every one

all apps of screen record don't work for me
vokoscreen ; simplescreenrecorder ; screen recorder of deepin
please what can i do to know the what is the problem ?
is it conflict with the version of ffmpeg ̣̣?
or any thing else

when i try to record something the app look like it work well
but when i try to see the video
the video is stuck on the first second but the temp bar works well,
and sometimes the sound work but no video.

You can try to upload your record to Youtube to check it working/recognized.
Also try to record with OBS-Studio

What terminal outputs do you get in any of the utilities you are trying? Also general disclaimer, any screen recording software is unlikely to properly work on wayland at this point, if you are running a wayland session, try in a xorg session instead.

solved
it seems that the problem was in the hardware
because I tried my hard drive with arch-linux in another PC and the recording works well
thank's for all the persons whom  tried to help me.
