Hello. I usually don't resort to forums - but I purchased a NUC and still trying to figure this out before the return period grace.
It came with an intel wireless card - the speed is fine, but every 4 mins or so, it loses connection for ~45s.
$ lspci | egrep -i 'network|ethernet'

The similar issue I discovered with Dell Latitude 5280 and the same wireless card. Probably the problem is kernel > 5.0.0 module. When I changed to the kernel 4.19.49 wifi card has stopped losing connection.
