The camera is listed in lsusb but not the same ID as is listed in autodetect within digikam.
Digikam reports it cannot connect with the camera ID it autodetected!!
I suspect the TZ1 has additional requirements for the interface because it has audfio capability with still picture capture. This mode has to be established within digikam when it is connected and such may not be the case.
Is there any way to correct this condition of no connection to an identified interface in digikam?
