Sound doesnt work on fresh arch linux[SOLVED]

Hi. I am a new arch linux user. i installed pulse audio, pavucontrol and i did everything i did from the internet i see. Sound is active on pavucontrol volume control when i adjust sound. But there is no sound the all other places, youtube, medias etc. please help me

pacmd list-sinks
pacmd list-sink-inputs

while attempting to play back audio
