downgraded this pkg 3.20.38-1 => 3.20.38-2 otherwise Deepin does not work correctly
can confirm update to deepin-kwin solves my problem

all I can see from /.cache/deepin/deepin-menu/deepin-menu.log
only the menu list does not appear on Deepin with the latest deepin-mutter pkg. Deepin was for me always little tricky, some machines can not properly run with it. Usually it get fixed after a while, but all in all Deepin is not recommended for Newbies in MHO

could only find this 2 error line from log: seat0-greeter.log

From some other thread, which In can't be bothered to dig out right now, deepin-mutter is considered deprecated and you should switch to deepin-kwin.

Yes, deepin-mutter is now deprecated and all work upstream is focused on deepin-kwin. I can confirm that installing deepin-kwin fixes the issue. It's still somewhat unfinished and ugly (that super+s...), but apparently it's the only option now.
